I have lost my refresh button in ILLiad
Symptom
- You no longer see the refresh button on the top left in ILLiad

Resolution
To fix the issue, here are the steps you need to take.
- Right-click in the area where the refresh button should be and choose "Reset to Default."
- You will get a message asking if you are sure you want to do this? Choose yes.
Now, you should see the refresh button again.
