How do I set up a Custom Queue?
Symptom
- You want to set up a Custom Queue so you can route requests to that queue.

Resolution
Please follow the instructions for Creating Custom Queues. Custom queues are designed for use with Routing Rules or to place requests for processing outside of normal ILLiad processing. Make sure it is not one of the ILLiad Default Statuses & Queues.
