At the moment, CONTENTdm does not have an embargo or timer feature.
There is a workflow that can be use to emulate an embargo:
- Add the item and add a date to release in the metadata and then restrict the item to username or ip address. This keeps them in the system but hides them from end-users.
- Periodically scan using a date search. For the ones that pop in the date(s) searched, unrestrict them and then they become viewable to end-users.
