Edit items

1. On the Copies screen, in the row for the item you want to edit, click View/Edit.
2. On the Item details screen, click Edit item.
3. On the Edit item screen, edit the fields.

欄位	定義
Audience Level	Determine the Audience Level for the item. Refer to WorldCat Holdings Audience Levels.
Shared print	Indicates if a Shared Print commitment exists.   Shared Print commitment information and deletion warnings (see below) are only available in the modernized UI of the Circulation module, and only for users who have the following settings configured in Record Manager: User Preferences > Working with Records > LHRs > Display Information in Records > Shared Print is selected. User Preferences > Searching – Basic > LHRs > Display Information in Search Results > Shared Print.  Shared Print Commitment information will be available in other WorldShare applications as they integrate the modernized UI.  Note: When attempting to delete a copy with a Shared Print commitment (where the 583 field contains a "committed to retain" note), a warning message will appear asking for confirmation of the deletion. To proceed with deleting the copy, click Delete in the warning dialog.
複本號	由圖書館指派的編號，用於將一個題名副本與另一個相同的副本區分開來。
分館	擁有項目記錄描述的項目的圖書館分館。
附註	關於項目的附註。 ( 非必選)。若要讓註解在歸還時顯示，請輸入感嘆號作為其第一個字元 (!)。
登收狀態	The degree to which the order has been completed. Options include: Unknown (default) On Order Received and complete or ceased Other

使用限制	Any restrictions on the use of the item. It is used when it is necessary to include information that is too item-specific to be handled by field 506 (Restrictions on Access Note) in the bibliographic record. See 876-878 Item Information-General Information, Use restrictions.

4. Click Save Item:the screen displays with the information you entered.

To find the items in a set, on the Copies screen, click the row for the set containing the item you want to edit. The items in the set appear under Holdings for selected copy.

1. Under Holdings for selected copy, for the item you want to edit, click View/Edit.
2. On the Multipart item details screen, click Edit multipart item.
3. On the Edit multipart item details screen, edit the fields. If editing an already received item's enumeration and chronology, a defect incorrectly updates the local holdings record. Instead, use OCLC Connexion or WorldShare Record Manager to make the edit.

類別	構成書目項目的全部或部分的離散書目實體。 書目單元可以是基本書目單元、補充資料或索引。 書目單元範例有：單卷、多卷單行本、隨附的小冊子、一組以連續發行的更新。
列舉	The designation reflecting the alphabetic or numeric scheme used by the publisher on an item or assigned when the holdings statement is created to identify the individual bibliographic or physical parts and to show the relationship of each unit to the item as a whole.
年表	出版商在期刊已發行書目單元上使用的日期，以幫助識別該日期或表明其發行時間。 年表可能會反映涵蓋日期、出版或印刷日期。 輸入月份時，請以數字形式輸入 (1、2 等)。 請勿將其拼出 (一月、二月等)。
