SSL certificate lifespan reduction - automated renewal?

SSL certificate lifespans will be reduced to 100 days by March 15, 2027, and 47 days by March 15, 2029. Is it possible for OCLC to implement an automated certificate rotation service using HTTP or DNS challenges, rather than relying on manual renewals?

We are aware of the recent changes and those pending over the next year.
We are actively developing a solution that will facilitate automatic renewal for both Hosted EZproxy and Standalone.
