This course is designed for library staff who manage interlibrary loan borrowing activities and have completed the Tipasa Get Started course.
This self-paced course offers the foundational skills needed to process and manage borrowing requests in Tipasa. Throughout the course, you will learn how to manage loan and copy requests, understand the basics of the U.S. Copyright feature for copy requests, the basics of Document Delivery functionality for items owned by your library, and apply automation and notification options to create a seamless experience for your patrons.
