WEBVTT 1 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:00:01.110 --> 00:00:21.110 And somehow I stopped that recording, so I just started it up again and we'll go ahead and continue with our session today, edit WorldCat knowledge base collections with user interface. So by the end of this session 2 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:00:21.110 --> 00:00:26.220 you will be able to log in and navigate the Collection Manager. 3 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:00:26.220 --> 00:00:46.220 Search for knowledge base collections in Collection Manager. Select and edit existing knowledge base collections, create local knowledge base collections, and search the activity history. And I apologize. I neglected to introduce myself. My name is Crystal Rodriguez, and I am a 4 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:00:46.220 --> 00:01:06.220 product trainer with OCLC's Member Education team and I have been working with the knowledge base in some capacity since its inception. But let me also in the chat at this point, I'm going to add a link to our learner guide for this session and that is a online website 5 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:01:06.220 --> 00:01:15.570 page that is edited as new information comes up, and it's meant to be a guide throughout this session and I will likely refer to it a few times. 6 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:01:15.570 --> 00:01:35.570 And I've added that in the chat for you. Okay, so let's start with a bit of review. WorldShare provides a complete set of library management applications and platform 7 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:01:35.570 --> 00:01:55.260 services built on an open cloud based platform. It provides tools for cataloging, interlibrary loans, acquisitions, circulation, and more, all integrated to support collaboration and efficiency. Now your library may have some or all of those different 8 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:01:55.260 --> 00:02:15.260 options depending on your subscriptions and Collection Manager can be used on its own. So WorldShare Collection Manager is a cataloging tool with world, within WorldShare. It helps libraries save time, automate MARC record delivery, and improve the library catalog 9 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:02:15.810 --> 00:02:35.810 better collection to support better collection delivery and discovery. And the WorldCat knowledge base is a global database of electronic resources that's maintained by OCLC, member libraries, and providers 10 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:02:35.810 --> 00:02:55.820 allowing you to combine data about your library's electronic resources. The WorldCat knowledge base collections enable libraries to make library collections easier to find, share, manage, and use, and with it libraries can provide easy 11 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:02:55.820 --> 00:02:58.500 access to electronic resources 12 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:02:58.500 --> 00:03:16.530 in WorldCat Discovery search results, share electronic resources efficiently with other libraries via WorldShare ILL. Manage budgeting, ordering, and acquisition through WorldShare Acquisitions, control access rights and link resolution using WorldShare License Manager 13 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:03:16.530 --> 00:03:32.160 or develop custom solutions by integrating with the WorldCat knowledge base API. And the WorldCat knowledge base contains providers, which are vendors like EBSCO, Elsevier, ProQuest, et cetera. 14 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:03:32.160 --> 00:03:50.430 It also includes a URL to the provider's homepage. You will also find collections which contain the titles that make up this specific collection from a provider. And in the collections area, you'll see the provider ID and linking information. 15 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:03:50.430 --> 00:04:10.430 And then of course within each collection we'll find a list of titles for that collection, and this will also include title information like identifiers, coverage, and item level URLs. Typically libraries can represent their collections in the WorldCat knowledge base by selecting 16 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:04:10.430 --> 00:04:28.679 and editing an existing collection or creating a new collection. Today we will cover selecting and editing collections within the user interface, and our next session will review selecting editing and adding collections using a KBART file. 17 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:04:34.979 --> 00:04:54.979 If your library is new to WorldShare Collection Manager, you will need to complete a request form that is found on the OCLC help site. It is also in the learner guide, and that will help you to obtain an account. Within a few days of completing that form, our Order Services team will reply with a welcome letter 18 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:04:54.979 --> 00:04:59.129 that contains your library's unique WorldShare URL credentials 19 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:04:59.129 --> 00:05:19.129 and additional getting started information. If your library uses Collection Manager and you specifically need access, you can contact a staff member who has Collection Manager admin privileges and they can either create a new account for you or add the necessary Collection Manager roles to 20 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:05:19.129 --> 00:05:37.319 your existing account, and then you can view the user administration documentation found in the learner guide for additional details and as always you can contact OCLC support in your region for assistance with your accounts if necessary. 21 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:05:37.319 --> 00:05:56.639 So now we're going to review Collection Manager, what we see in the different functions. So when you access Collection Manager, you're first going to click on metadata and then Collection Manager, where you will see the search area. Libraries can search by collections, titles 22 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:05:56.639 --> 00:06:13.379 providers and activity history. There is also an option here to search for DataSync collections that your library has created. And then you see the option for scope. Here you can limit to only the collections that your library has selected 23 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:06:13.379 --> 00:06:30.299 which will include any created collections, and then you also can choose all collections that are available in the global knowledge base or only collections that your library has not selected. And then of course in the search terms box, you'll enter your search terms 24 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:06:30.299 --> 00:06:50.299 and click either the search button or enter. Next you see the home button. This is going to return you to the home screen, which I'll show shortly. And then we have the created collection button which is going to allow you to begin the process of creating new collections and you 25 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:06:50.299 --> 00:06:53.069 see next the title work list button. 26 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:06:53.069 --> 00:07:13.069 This allows for bulk selection or deselection of a subset of titles within one or multiple collections. We have the institution settings button where you can configure settings specific to your institution. Do keep in mind that those settings apply to all of your collections. 27 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:07:13.679 --> 00:07:33.679 However, certain settings can be overwritten at the collection level. And next I want to mention the my Files accordion. This is where you will download files of records and reports that are delivered to you, and if you are using DataSync collections, this is where you would upload your files for that as well. 28 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:07:33.679 --> 00:07:50.339 And I mentioned the home screen. Now we're seeing the home screen or the dashboard here. What we see when we first click on that is the automatic holdings feed. We won't talk too much more about this today, but what this is, is that 29 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:07:50.339 --> 00:08:10.339 it allows you to monitor data loads from providers that support automatic collection loading and maintenance and configure your automatic holdings feeds request. And an automatic holding feed is essentially where OCLC will work with a provider to select and deselect your collections 30 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:08:10.339 --> 00:08:27.239 and titles based on your subscriptions and licenses with them. And we offer this for some providers and some collections, and there is a link in the learner guide that provides a list of those options for you. 31 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:08:27.239 --> 00:08:44.699 The other tab we see here is the KB sync tab, and this is going to allow you to sync your knowledge base from another service with the WorldCat knowledge base. This is sometimes referred to as alternate knowledge base supplier holdings, and we 32 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:08:44.699 --> 00:09:04.699 we'll also discuss that a little bit further in the session. And then lastly below that you will find links to Collection Manager recordings, news updates, and release notes. Clicking any of these links will take you away from the WorldShare interface. So be sure to if you want to 33 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:09:04.699 --> 00:09:12.569 keep your current session open. Be sure to right click and choose Open Link in new tab or new window when you're clicking on those. 34 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:09:12.569 --> 00:09:32.569 Now there are a few key institution settings that I do want to review a bit further. So when you click on the institution settings button, you'll see some of these options. You'll see the knowledge base data, and under data sources, here's where you can 35 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:09:32.569 --> 00:09:34.379 view a list of providers 36 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:09:34.379 --> 00:09:53.429 where you have automatic holdings feed in place, this is gonna mirror the some of the information that you see in that dashboard. And then the KB sync tab here is where you will upload third-party holdings files to your WorldCat knowledge base if you're doing that alternate 37 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:09:53.429 --> 00:10:10.469 KB sync option. And note that OCLC recommends keeping the default settings for these changes are typically made only when you're discontinuing specific loading services. And if you need to do that, I would recommend that you reach out to support. 38 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:10:10.469 --> 00:10:28.379 Next, you'll see library WorldCat holdings, and this is where libraries with an OCLC cataloging subscription can enable settings to allow Collection Manager to automatically maintain holdings in WorldCat to allow 39 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:10:28.379 --> 00:10:45.059 for, the titles in these dynamic collections to be added, deleted or updated in Collection Manager when that happens in the collections themselves. Libraries with a WorldShare Management Services or WMS subscription 40 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:10:45.059 --> 00:11:05.059 will also see an option to select a holdings audience level. In the proxy and authentication tab or accordion, this is where you will enter proxy details to manage off campus access. You can also enable Google Scholar linking by submitting your 41 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:11:05.059 --> 00:11:07.319 journal titles to Google here. 42 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:11:07.319 --> 00:11:25.349 And enable that here. And then lastly, we have the provider settings. This is where you'll add provider specific identifiers to ensure that links resolved correctly to full text content. And there is extensive documentation on each of these options within the learner guide. 43 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:11:25.349 --> 00:11:44.729 Another important institution setting is found under the MARC records accordion. Here you must decide if you want to receive MARC records for your collections, and once this is enabled, you will see additional options that we have showing here. 44 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:11:44.729 --> 00:12:04.729 Under customized records, here's where you will configure fields to add or delete in your delivered records as well as add any collection level notes. Use the WorldCat updates tab to determine if you would like to receive a MARC record when WorldCat records that your library holds are 45 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:12:04.729 --> 00:12:05.939 changed? 46 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:12:05.939 --> 00:12:25.589 Under the record delivery tab, you will configure the record file format, frequency, and output. If you use cataloging partner collections, you'll review the cataloging partner options tab there. And lastly, if you choose the TSV format for your file output 47 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:12:25.589 --> 00:12:45.059 you will need to click TSV settings and configure the fields to be exported. This is a somewhat new option, that allows your files to export in a TSV file versus a MARC file and having to use MarcEdit for that. This is very helpful, e.g., with query collections. 48 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:12:45.059 --> 00:13:04.829 And to learn more about both institution and collection level settings, we do have a self paced interactive training that is available in the learner guide as well, and it is entitled Enable MARC records for all collections and 49 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:13:04.829 --> 00:13:21.509 it will walk you through all the steps. It even has a simulation to allow you to test that out before you do that. So I highly recommend checking that out even if you have worked with MARC Records, it could be a good refresher for you. 50 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:13:21.509 --> 00:13:39.539 Okay, before I log into, WorldShare for you, I'm just checking to see if there's any additional question, any questions that have come in just on that introduction stuff, I don't see anything yet, but, just a reminder, you can add those questions into the chat at any time. 51 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:13:39.539 --> 00:13:59.539 Now I am going to go ahead and get to my Collection Manager. Let's see here. Just be one moment while I sign in there and actually let me pull this over so that you can see this. 52 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:13:59.539 --> 00:14:19.469 So what I'm going, what I'm doing is I'm typing in my unique URL for my library, and I am using a training instance, so keep in mind that some of my information may look different than yours. 53 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:14:19.469 --> 00:14:39.469 Okay, and I'll click sign in. So what I mean by that is that I may have tabs that you do not have, just because I do have a full WMS suite here. So before we actually start searching, I do want to show you where you can find 54 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:14:39.469 --> 00:14:48.689 help while you're working with knowledge base collections, and you can access that either just by going to our help site at help.oclc.org 55 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:14:48.689 --> 00:15:08.689 or when you're in WorldShare, you can click on the Help accordion here and choose general help. And that's going to open up our help site in a new tab for you. And for Collection Manager, you're going to click on Metadata Services and then WorldShare Collection Manager, and you'll see a wealth of information 56 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:15:08.689 --> 00:15:19.889 including a link to additional trainings that we have available. If I scroll down, I can find the Collection Manager training. But what I want to show you cause this is often a good place to start 57 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:15:19.889 --> 00:15:38.549 is this document called Choose Your Collection Manager workflow. I'm going to click on that and this has links talking about the different workflows available in Collection Manager. Today we are talking about knowledge base collections, but some other options include query collections 58 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:15:38.549 --> 00:15:58.549 WorldCat updates et cetera. And if you're unsure which workflow you need, we also have this little table down here. So for an example, if my library has just purchased an ebook or e journal package and I need to get MARC records, I would click on the knowledge base collection link there and I would be taken specifically to the 59 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:15:58.549 --> 00:16:02.399 documentation on knowledge base collections. 60 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:16:02.399 --> 00:16:20.909 And again, this can be accessed just by going to help.oclc.org as well. All right. So now that I'm back in Collection Manager or WorldShare, I'm going to click on metadata 61 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:16:20.909 --> 00:16:40.909 at the top of the screen here, and then I will click on Collection Manager. And to view all of your library selected collections in the global WorldCat knowledge base, and any of the collections that your library has created, you'll use the data type 62 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:16:40.909 --> 00:16:59.429 of collection and scope my selected collection and you can leave the search top box empty to see all of the results and we'll click on search here. Takes a second cause we do have quite a few collections available to us. 63 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:16:59.429 --> 00:17:19.429 So we'll just give it a moment here. There we go. And if you need to then change your scope, let's say that now you want to see all available collections, not just my selected collections, you don't have to perform a search again. If you were entering a search term here. You can just change the scope to all 64 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:17:19.429 --> 00:17:36.359 collections and hit enter or search, and same for if you want to see collections you have not selected again just change your scope and leave that search term blank. So 65 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:17:36.359 --> 00:17:52.769 when we see our list of collections, what we first see is the collection itself, the name and ID of that collection here, and if you were to click on the hyperlink, that would open the entire list of titles within that collection. We have type and attributes 66 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:17:52.769 --> 00:18:12.769 e.g., knowledge base or we might see, here we see MARC delivery disabled, we see open access. Some other options that we might see is discontinued, which means that the collection is no longer maintained by KB data updates. You also might see locally created indicating that the collection is created by your library. 67 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:18:12.769 --> 00:18:13.649 Sorry. 68 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:18:13.649 --> 00:18:33.649 These attributes are pretty self explanatory based on the naming there. And then next we see the provider for the collection. Again, that can be linked if we, these are promoted, these were local collections that were added to the global collection, but in the case of the 101 Communications, if I were to click on that link 69 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:18:33.649 --> 00:18:53.219 that would take me to be able to see all of the collections for that provider. We see the last updated date here. This is when it was the collection was created or added to the knowledge base. It's not, like an an overall update. It just means this is when it was 70 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:18:53.219 --> 00:19:11.879 promoted to local or at or created. And then we see the selection area letting us know whether or not we have any titles selected in that collection and how many. And we lastly we will see sharing which indicates whether your library shared the collection with other libraries 71 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:19:11.879 --> 00:19:29.519 or whether the collection is shared by another library. This is typically you'll see this if you're working with a consortia. And the action is, I'm not gonna talk about that because that's primarily used for acquisitions, but that is an option for you as well. 72 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:19:29.519 --> 00:19:46.289 At the top of our screen up in the corner, we see a few buttons. This last button is the show columns button. That's going to allow you to configure your columns here in case you maybe don't want to see one of those columns or you wanna resize it or move it around. 73 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:19:46.289 --> 00:20:06.119 And then you can use the show filters icon, which is the first icon there to filter these collections, and we have different options so we can filter by a collection type. So I'm going to choose specifically knowledge base collections, and then you can click on add filter to add another filter. 74 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:20:06.119 --> 00:20:26.119 And we see various options such as collections I've created, demand driven acquisition collections, open access, et cetera. So I am actually going to click on contains open access and Collection Manager will work on the side there to show me only knowledge base collections that contain open 75 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:20:26.119 --> 00:20:31.859 access, takes a moment. 76 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:20:31.859 --> 00:20:50.969 And while we're waiting for that, if I want to remove a specific filter, I would just click on the minus sign for that filter, and I would click on remove all to remove all of the filters. I think it's taking a minute because I'm think there maybe quite a few based on the fact that I'm looking at all collections here. 77 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:20:50.969 --> 00:21:08.759 Let me go ahead and just clear that out actually. I am going to reset cause it looks like maybe I've gotten caught in a little bit of a loop here. Oh goodness. Okay, let me let that work for a second. 78 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:21:08.759 --> 00:21:25.979 Sometimes I will point use this opportunity to point out that sometimes if you get a little click happy like I do in Collection Manager, it can slow some things down. So be careful about that, and if that happens, you may just have to close out and 79 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:21:25.979 --> 00:21:42.449 start again, which actually I am going to go ahead and try that real quick, cause I think what was happening was that I was I was sort of, that the search I was, I was performing was a, a big search, right? So. 80 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:21:42.449 --> 00:22:02.449 Okay, and I apologize. It's taking a minute here to refresh. Hopefully we didn't find ourselves in a loop. Here we go. I do apologize for that. Hopefully we'll get going here in a second. 81 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:22:05.729 --> 00:22:25.729 Yeah, I'm sorry. It looks like my Collection Manager is deciding to cause problems right now, let me try again. I'm just gonna go ahead and close out entirely instead of just refreshing. While I do that, if you've thought of any questions even before after the session or for towards the end of the session, feel free to add those in now. That's a good 82 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:22:25.729 --> 00:22:34.979 opportunity to do that while I refresh my screen here. 83 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:22:34.979 --> 00:22:54.979 And while I'm doing this, I, if, I'll use this opportunity also to plug, we did have a session this morning, that was an AskQC session, and that recording will be available soon on our Community Center, and it was actually about knowledge base, so you may find some additional information 84 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:22:54.979 --> 00:23:14.159 question there. So bear with me, sorry about this. Gotta love technology sometimes. Let's see here. Oh goodness. Oh, I put the wrong username in. Let's try this again. 85 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:23:15.569 --> 00:23:35.569 Sorry about this. Alright, so I'm back in. Let me click on metadata and hopefully that refreshed it. Oh, looks like it did it. Awesome. The other thing troubleshooting wise that you might find because this is a web based cloud or cloud based platform, sometimes you might need to clear your history 86 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:23:35.569 --> 00:23:36.719 clearing cache 87 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:23:36.719 --> 00:23:56.719 if you get caught in a bit of a loop like that, so keep that in mind as a troubleshooting option as well. Okay, so I am going to, go ahead and leave my scope here as collection or my data type, and I'm going to choose all collections again, but this time I'm actually going to 88 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:23:56.719 --> 00:24:00.449 enter in a search for a collection. 89 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:24:00.449 --> 00:24:17.309 So I'm entering in the ProQuest European business collection and hitting enter there, and hopefully it'll come up. There we go. 90 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:24:23.159 --> 00:24:41.819 And then, so I entered my scope as all collection, but I actually really want to just see not selected collections. So I'm going to change that scope, but as I mentioned earlier I don't have to re enter my search term. I'm just going to go ahead and click search and wait a moment here. 91 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:24:44.669 --> 00:25:04.669 There we go. So I still got that same collection because I had not yet selected it. Also when you're searching, you can use asterisks to as a truncation to search partial terms. So e.g., I want to find all collections that have JSTOR as the first word, so 92 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:25:04.669 --> 00:25:13.319 I'll put in JSTOR asterisk. You could put in asterisk before and after in case it's in the middle of a collection as well. 93 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:25:13.319 --> 00:25:32.219 And again, I'll just hit enter to search that. It's just taking a minute. I don't want to try to click off because as we saw earlier that could cause some problems today. 94 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:25:32.219 --> 00:25:49.799 Okay, so now I have all JSTOR collections that I have not selected. I also do have the option of searching by title, so for that, I'll do data type, title, and for my example, I want all collections. 95 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:25:49.799 --> 00:26:06.119 And when I choose by title, I then get some title indexes, so I can search by keyword title, ISBN, ISSN, and OCLC number. And whenever possible it is best to search by a number. 96 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:26:06.119 --> 00:26:26.039 But I'm going to actually start by searching for a title and I'll enter the title into the search term. So if you have that identifier, it is best to search for that, and I will show that shortly. And I'm gonna go ahead and use that asterisk to just truncate my search there. 97 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:26:26.039 --> 00:26:41.789 And I get no results. I wonder if that's let's see. This worked earlier, maybe let me try the full title. There we go. 98 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:26:41.789 --> 00:27:01.789 Oh, I see why because I yeah, I had forgot the word two there. So that's why my truncation didn't work. So we get any title that has that sorry any result with that title and we can see the identifiers there as well 99 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:27:01.789 --> 00:27:06.659 on the side? 100 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:27:06.659 --> 00:27:22.979 So we see the title, the collection, and we can see the coverage depth, the provider, and those identifiers, and we see the option to select just that title by clicking on the select here or you can add it to a title work list, which I'll show in a bit. 101 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:27:22.979 --> 00:27:42.719 Now we also can search by an OCLC number, so I'll choose that and enter in my OCLC number and hit enter, and now I find just that one title that has that matching OCLC number. 102 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:27:42.719 --> 00:28:02.719 You can search by ISBN, and then lastly, I just want to point out that if you are searching by ISSN, you do need to include the hyphen, so I'll show that real quick, change my title index to ISSN and click search there. Now you'll notice that as I've been searching, my tabs stay o 103 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:28:02.719 --> 00:28:13.259 open I can click to close one of those or you can just click close all tabs and then use clear to clear your previous searches. 104 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:28:13.259 --> 00:28:30.569 Just one moment here so as I mentioned earlier, libraries have options for adding library specific knowledge base collections and 105 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:28:30.569 --> 00:28:50.569 those include on, so you can select and or edit knowledge base collections from existing collections in the global knowledge base using Collection Manager. You can create new knowledge base collections using the Collection Manager or you 106 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:28:50.569 --> 00:28:54.899 can have electronic collections automatically sent from your provider 107 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:28:54.899 --> 00:29:14.899 to OCLC for loading into the WorldCat knowledge base. This is that option that I mentioned earlier for automatic holding speeds and it is available for some providers and some collections. And each library can use all three options to add collections 108 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:29:14.899 --> 00:29:35.149 to the knowledge base depending on the library's workflow, and whatever your collections you're adding, so you can use any or all of those options. And as previously mentioned today, we will be focusing on using the interface to select edit, and create new knowledge base collections. However, there is documentation in the learner guide 109 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:29:35.969 --> 00:29:55.969 to walk you through information on the automatic holdings feed and our next session will cover using KBARTs to manage your titles. There's also multiple ways for libraries to manually select titles from existing collections. So from the collection list, you can 110 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:29:55.969 --> 00:30:00.269 to select an entire collection with the select option 111 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:30:00.269 --> 00:30:17.249 or, you can also use the collection actions menu and choose select collection. To select a subset of titles from an open collection and the title accordion 112 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:30:17.249 --> 00:30:35.909 you will use the select title button or the checkbox or the button there that allows you to add the title to a work list. And using the work list, the title work list allows you to choose titles from one or multiple collections and perform those selection options in bulk. 113 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:30:35.909 --> 00:30:55.909 And you'll see in the image here that once you select the title for a title work list, it's going to actually go to the title work list, you'll see the number of the titles in the title work list show, and we'll look at that shortly. You have similar options for deselecting titles, so you can use the deselect option 114 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:30:55.909 --> 00:31:04.739 from the entire collection or from the collection title list you can use collection actions and choose deselect collection. 115 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:31:04.739 --> 00:31:23.549 From an open collection and the title's accordion, you can use the deselect title link to remove a subset or titles, of titles or add titles to the title work list for deselection in bulk. So now let's take a look at working with existing knowledge base collections 116 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:31:23.549 --> 00:31:41.399 using Collection Manager. So I'm going to go back over to my Collection Manager. Excuse me, so my library has just purchased a couple of new collections and I need to add our holdings 117 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:31:41.399 --> 00:32:01.399 for these collections to the KB so that the collections are available to my users. So first I want to look at an ebook collection from Cambridge. I'm going to change my data type to collection, and I want to change my scope to not selected collections, and I'm going to enter 118 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:32:01.399 --> 00:32:19.979 Econometric Society Monographs Online, and I'll hit enter there. And we see that this collection is not selected. 119 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:32:19.979 --> 00:32:39.979 So you can go ahead and just click select here if unless you want to spot check and verify that the titles are correct. If you want to do that, then you're going to click on the collection name to open up the titles accordion, and then you can just sort of scroll through or in a bit I'll show you how you can search for specific 120 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:32:39.979 --> 00:32:50.009 titles. And if you've done this, then that's where you can choose collection actions and choose select collection. 121 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:32:50.009 --> 00:33:10.009 And I'm going to go ahead and do that, and once you've selected the collection, what's going to happen is that you'll get this notice letting you know that the collection is locked for indexing. Now this indexing usually doesn't take more than five to 15 min, if at any point it takes longer than that, like if especially if it takes more than a day 122 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:33:10.009 --> 00:33:28.949 please reach out to our support team with that information and they can help you figure out what's going on there. And then while we're waiting for that indexing to show, once the, indexing is complete 123 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:33:28.949 --> 00:33:48.869 then what you're going to see here is the my selected titles is going to be default selected so you can unselect that, and you also will see some fil some searching options for the titles and filters. These filters are a little bit different, so this is where you can filter by coverage information. 124 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:33:48.869 --> 00:34:05.699 And you can also reset there as needed. I'm going to go ahead and let that indexing take place while I go and complete another search. So I'm going to clear that search and we'll come back to that later. 125 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:34:09.629 --> 00:34:26.069 Now my library has purchased just a few titles from the ProQuest European business collection, so for that I just want to select some a subset instead of the whole collection like we just did. So I'll leave again my scope is collection or my data type is collection, scope not selected. 126 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:34:26.069 --> 00:34:41.129 And I'll enter in that search for ProQuest European business, and we'll wait for that to come up for us. And here we see that collection. 127 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:34:41.129 --> 00:35:01.129 So I want to go ahead and open the collection and I'm just going to choose a few titles. So for that I can scroll down and look for the title that I need. So I know that I want the British Food Journal. So I could just go ahead and find that and click the select title 128 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:35:01.129 --> 00:35:18.449 the button and we've got indexing, but as I since I only selected one title, that indexing was a little quicker, I'm going to go ahead and remove that selected titles and refresh that. And now we see all of the titles again. 129 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:35:18.449 --> 00:35:35.489 But like I mentioned earlier, I also can search, so I can search for Harvard International Review, and hit enter to search that. And again, I can select that title. 130 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:35:35.489 --> 00:35:55.079 And I want to go ahead and also refresh that and see the entire list again, because I want to show the option of selecting using a title work list. So let's say that I just need these first two, so I'll select that 131 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:35:55.079 --> 00:36:15.079 box there for the first two and maybe I want the asset finance. So I'll select that as well. And as I'm doing that, we see the title work list button now shows with three titles. If I click on title work list, I can see those now show and I have the option of work list actions where I can select 132 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:36:15.079 --> 00:36:20.579 all of these titles and I'll click confirm. 133 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:36:20.579 --> 00:36:39.269 The other option which I'm going to go ahead and click back into one of my tabs here to go back to my collection search, I want to be, that's the one that's still indexing. I want to actually, I'm gonna re-search this. 134 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:36:39.269 --> 00:36:54.329 I wanted to show that there is a way to add to the list. Oh, that was when we were doing title searches. So if we do a title search and we go back to our previous title, let's see if I just were to search for 135 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:36:54.329 --> 00:37:13.709 that ISSN that I searched earlier, a moment here, when this comes up, I should see this column for title work list and I can click on add to title list there. 136 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:37:13.709 --> 00:37:29.519 And that would add that to that title work list to work in the same way that I just showed. Okay. And we're thinking. 137 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:37:29.519 --> 00:37:45.179 There we go. So this is where if I, if I'm on the title results screen, I can click add to list there and that will go ahead and add it to a title work list for me. And I can go straight to that title work list. 138 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:37:45.179 --> 00:38:05.179 Okay, I'm going to go ahead and clear my previous searches and let Collection Manager continue to think here for a second. Before I go on to editing title information, is there any info, any questions on searching itself? 139 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:38:05.179 --> 00:38:24.750 Pretty, I think pretty intuitive. I'm not seeing any questions at this time, so I will move on to the process for editing title information. 140 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:38:24.750 --> 00:38:42.390 So for this, I'm going to change my data type back to collection, and I'm going to look for my selected collections, and I want to search for that ProQuest European business collection again. 141 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:38:51.090 --> 00:39:08.940 And we now see that we have five out of a hundred and 57 titles selected, and I'll go ahead and open up that collection, and I want to work specifically with the Harvard International Review title. 142 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:39:08.940 --> 00:39:28.940 So I'll open that up, and we see that there is a global and a local tab. These allow you to easily identify fields that can be edited in each of the tabs. So some global title data is the same for all libraries, so keep in mind that changes there are 143 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:39:28.940 --> 00:39:33.870 applicable to all libraries. E.g., if you were to change, change the title. 144 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:39:33.870 --> 00:39:51.090 So be be careful when you're doing global changes, make sure it is relevant for all libraries. There is some local title or global title data that is unique to individual libraries. So e.g., the coverage date 145 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:39:51.090 --> 00:40:11.090 is going to be unique to your, could be unique to your library, and that information can be edited in both the global and local fields or tabs. So you'll want to check our documentation for additional information on editing knowledge base info collection 146 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:40:11.090 --> 00:40:23.430 questions and details, but right now what I'm going to do is in the global tab, I'm going to go ahead and change the title name here to second edition. 147 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:40:23.430 --> 00:40:43.430 We're going to assume that I know that that's the case, because I would have that detail, right? And then I am going to go ahead and click on review and save. Actually, I'm not gonna do that right now because this is just for demo, but if I did, then I would get get an option here for 148 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:40:43.430 --> 00:40:45.810 review and save. 149 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:40:45.810 --> 00:41:05.700 But because that is a global change and I'm just doing that for demo, I don't actually want to do that for you. I just wanted to show you where you would do that. I'm going to click on the local tab though, and I do want to add a public note for my library, which is gonna be a, it's now called title note. So we're gonna add that as copying 150 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:41:05.700 --> 00:41:22.020 not permitted. And there I will go ahead and click on review and save and I'll get a pop up and I can say yep, that looks right, and I'll click apply changes. And then it lets me know that that was successful. 151 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:41:26.760 --> 00:41:46.760 Okay. Now if you find a, that a title has not yet been added to a global collection, you do have the option of adding that. So let's assume that a new title has been added to this collection and I need to go ahead and add a global title here. So for that I'll go back 152 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:41:46.760 --> 00:41:48.630 to the collection search. 153 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:41:48.630 --> 00:42:08.630 And I will open up that title list again. I could have just actually done that from where I was. And we see the option for add a global title. I'm going to click on that and then choose create a title. 154 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:42:08.630 --> 00:42:25.500 And here I can add in the title information. We're just gonna call this CGR journal, and we can add coverage depth, so this is a journal full text. And when we do that, we then have options to complete our coverage details. 155 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:42:25.500 --> 00:42:41.610 So I'm going to click on add coverage, and there I will enter a start and end date if one exists for this journal. So for my example, I'm going to go ahead and enter in a start date of 2012. 156 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:42:41.610 --> 00:43:01.610 And I'll say 0101. And you do want to follow this format of if you're just entering in the year, you would do year or year month, and then year month date. And if you hover over the question mark, it gives you details on that. That's true throughout WorldShare. Anytime you see a question mark 157 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:43:01.610 --> 00:43:20.760 you can hover over that to get additional details. Then I'm going to add my enumeration here. So I'm just gonna say that this is volume one issue one is where it starts. And then if I know there's an end date for this specific journal, if I know it's only published for five issues, I can enter that here 158 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:43:20.760 --> 00:43:40.760 in that same format. I'm not going to do that for this example. I'll go ahead and click apply, and then I would go ahead and save that. Again I'm not actually going to do that because this was just for demo purposes and I don't want to add incorrect data into the collection though I could remove 159 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:43:40.760 --> 00:43:55.560 afterwards. But I just wanted to show you where you would go to do that. And there are some other areas that you can edit as well. And again, definitely check our documentation on making changes, to the global collection 160 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:43:55.560 --> 00:44:15.560 if you're unfamiliar with how to do that. Okay, and I already showed you how to use the record work list option, so I am going to go back over here and let's see, I don't see any questions 161 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:44:15.560 --> 00:44:31.980 as yet. If you have any, feel free to put those in there again. So now what happens if you can't find a collection to represent some of your e resources? 162 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:44:31.980 --> 00:44:51.240 In that case, you may need to create a new knowledge base collection, often referred to as a local collection or locally created collection, and you may create a new collection under various circumstances. E.g. 163 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:44:51.240 --> 00:45:11.240 if, you have a small niche collection that is not widely known, such as a something that's published by your institution for a select audience, you can create a new knowledge base collection to add your print serials to the knowledge base so that they're represented alongside 164 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:45:11.240 --> 00:45:13.050 major electronic serials? 165 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:45:13.050 --> 00:45:33.050 You can create a new collection when your ebook or e journal collection is not available in the global knowledge base. And lastly, you have the option to create database only collections to represent a database in your Collection Manager. And note that that will not have title level data. It's 166 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:45:33.050 --> 00:45:39.480 that's going to represent the database itself. 167 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:45:39.480 --> 00:45:55.140 And Collection Manager offers two ways to create new collections. To add collections manually, you'll click on the create a collection button, and then you'll select knowledge base collection, and click create. 168 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:45:55.140 --> 00:46:15.140 And then you can add the titles one by one when you're following that process or second option is to use a KBART file, which stands for knowledge bases and related tools. And this file contains title list and coverage data from content providers to be surfaced in the knowledge base. 169 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:46:15.140 --> 00:46:33.060 And these can allow for bulk edits and additions of titles. Our next session will review using KBART files, and that next session is in two weeks, and then as I mentioned today, we'll focus on adding titles within the interface. 170 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:46:35.460 --> 00:46:55.460 Before we actually look at that process, I do want to talk about link schemes. So when you're creating new collections, you can choose to include a link scheme. This is optional for most collections but required for article links to resolve directly to full text. Without a link scheme, article links will dec 171 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:46:55.460 --> 00:47:06.180 default to the journal's home page. Link schemes are not used for print serials or for many ebook collections. 172 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:47:06.180 --> 00:47:22.290 OCLC can create a link scheme for you, but only if all of the titles are on the same platform, the provider uses consistent structure for their linking syntax and the platform supports article level linking. 173 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:47:22.290 --> 00:47:42.290 For a link scheme, email OCLC support with the provider name, collection name, and the collection ID, along with a sample search from your current provider that resolves to full text and a username and password that will allow OCLC to proxy through to the full text. 174 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:47:42.290 --> 00:47:58.140 And note that for some ebook collections, you will, if, if it does allow link schemes, you'll want to test your links. If you are successful in accessing the full text, then you shouldn't need a link scheme for that ebook collection. 175 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:47:58.140 --> 00:48:15.090 And where there is documentation in the learner guide with additional information on link schemes. So now let's take a look at creating a new collection and adding titles to that collection within the interface. 176 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:48:15.090 --> 00:48:30.780 So I'm going to go back over to my Collection Manager. Okay. Just one moment while I'm pulling that up. 177 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:48:30.780 --> 00:48:50.780 Alright, OK. So under the Collection Manager panel, after we've clicked on metadata again, we will click on create a collection. 178 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:48:50.780 --> 00:49:08.610 And we'll choose knowledge base. We see other options available as well, and this is not a database only collection, so I won't select that. I'll click on create, and the properties accordion is going to open automatically for me. 179 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:49:08.610 --> 00:49:28.610 And here I will enter in all of the required information which is going to show with an asterisk. So let's go ahead and we'll just call this collection OCLC training. Our customer ID is automatically populated, but we can change that last part. 180 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:49:28.610 --> 00:49:32.310 So let's say if you wanted to call that training there, you could 181 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:49:32.310 --> 00:49:52.310 just to help you identify it. You'll select your provider or create one if needed. I am pretty sure I have an OCLC provider in here. Yep. So I'm going to choose OCLC training as my local provider. I can enter in a description if I would like, and if any of these attributes are correct 182 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:49:52.310 --> 00:49:57.540 I would wanna select that. So if this were an open access collection, I'd want to make sure to select that. 183 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:49:57.540 --> 00:50:14.910 And you can add a collection note, which would be visible in discovery or you can add a staff note. And or actually you can do both of those. I'll click on the linking accordion. 184 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:50:14.910 --> 00:50:34.910 And as I mentioned, this is, you may, this maybe where you might need to add that link scheme, but for now what I'm going to do is if I have a collection URL, I would add that at the collection URL formula. This is not required, but if you do know it and it's relevant for the entire collection, then you would want to add that here. 185 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:50:34.910 --> 00:50:51.450 And if you do have a link scheme, you can add that as well. I'm not going to add that for this example. And then if you are using a proxy, you would also want to indicate what your option is there. 186 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:50:51.450 --> 00:51:06.840 And I'm going to click on holdings and MARC records. This is where I mentioned at the beginning of the session that your institution settings are relevant for all of your collections, but they can be overridden for specific collections. So this is where you would do that. 187 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:51:06.840 --> 00:51:26.840 So right now I have maintained institution settings for maintaining holdings, but my MARC record is disabled. So I want to go ahead and enable that. By default, your collections are going to be disabled for this collection when you're creating them, so you definitely do want to check that and make sure 188 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:51:26.840 --> 00:51:28.470 that you 189 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:51:28.470 --> 00:51:48.470 use, use institution setting and that your MARC records are enabled if you want to receive MARC records. When I do that, I do also see a few customized record options that are specific for this collection that I can override if needed, and the same for my record delivery options. And again, that 190 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:51:48.470 --> 00:51:52.530 training session that I mentioned at the top of this hour 191 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:51:52.530 --> 00:52:08.640 called Enable MARC records for all collections walks through these collection level settings as well. But we can see a few of those options here. You can choose to get only your records that are updated or you can get a complete set. 192 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:52:08.640 --> 00:52:28.560 And that's again just going to be for this specific collection. And you won't see these two tabs unless you've enabled MARC records. I wanna go ahead and click on create here. 193 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:52:28.560 --> 00:52:48.270 And that's going to create that collection I get a notice letting me know that my collection has now been created and I don't have any titles, so what I need to do is click on add a local title, and I have two options. I can create a title or I can use OCL an OCLC number to pre fill. 194 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:52:48.270 --> 00:53:03.660 I'm going to start with the create a title option and that's going to look kinda familiar because it's looks similar to when we were working with a global collection, and here we can add in our collection information. So I'm gonna add in a title. 195 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:53:08.970 --> 00:53:26.100 And I will select journal full text for my coverage. You see the other options available to you. And again, once I have that, then I can choose add coverage, and I will enter in a date here. I'm just going to go ahead and enter 2020 as my start date. 196 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:53:26.100 --> 00:53:46.100 And I will use enumeration as, again, I'll just do one and issue one. And this is really just dependent on how the journal is published, but this time I know that this journal was only available for five years. 197 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:53:46.100 --> 00:54:00.000 Here's so I'm going to enter an end date of 2025, and I'll say that the last volume was five, last issue was five. And I'll go ahead and click apply. 198 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:54:00.000 --> 00:54:17.280 If I have a title URL, I can enter that here. So I'll just add this URL. Oh, good question. What does moving wall, I a question just came in, what does moving wall coverage mean? Let me go ahead and actually open up that add coverage again 199 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:54:17.280 --> 00:54:34.170 and hover over that. So, it's also referred to as embargo, and you will enter the period of time before the embargoed content becomes available. Moving I, I'm trying to refresh my memory on that, but I. 200 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:54:34.170 --> 00:54:52.800 Oh wait, that's the wrong OK up here moving wall coverage I was looking at the embargo one. Enter the period of time before present day when moving wall coverage begins and leave the end date blank. So essentially what that means is the coverage is kind of open ended. And it might be that it 201 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:54:52.800 --> 00:55:10.530 was initially published like yearly, but maybe it switches to monthly, at times, so if you know that, you'll want to select that there and I will find some specific documentation on that for you before the session is over, cause that is a common question. 202 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:55:10.530 --> 00:55:30.530 Yep, you're welcome. So I was going back and I was entering in a title URL. So again, this is if you have that, you'll you can add that here in the title information and I'm just gonna kind of enter in a dummy here, a dummy URL 203 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:55:30.530 --> 00:55:34.530 your own. 204 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:55:34.530 --> 00:55:54.530 And then if you have your relevant information such as your OCLC number, your ISSN, you'll want to add those in as well. So you'll add the OCLC number in the override OCLC number area. And again, you can hover over that question mark to learn more there. Sometimes you might have some grouped OCLC numbers 205 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:55:54.530 --> 00:55:58.140 for e resources, so you can add those here as well. 206 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:55:58.140 --> 00:56:18.140 If you're unsure of those, don't add them there, and then you can add your other details as well and click save. And now if we go back to our created collection to the collection itself, so if I go to change my collection name here. 207 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:56:18.140 --> 00:56:22.830 What did I call that collection? Oh I called it OCLC training. 208 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:56:22.830 --> 00:56:42.830 So if I search for that, I will now see my new collection, and I'm not seeing that one title, but that's probably just cause it needs to be refreshed. There it is. So we do see it in our title list. Now the other option is to add using an OCLC number. 209 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:56:42.830 --> 00:56:55.530 This is a great option if you have that it you're gonna see why it's much quicker. So I'm going to go ahead and choose add a local title, and I'll click create using OCLC number to pre fill. 210 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:56:55.530 --> 00:57:13.890 And I'm going to enter in an OCLC number and hit continue, and you see that it already gives me the title information and then I can choose the coverage depth. I'm just gonna call this one an ebook I think it's, that's what this one is. 211 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:57:13.890 --> 00:57:29.520 And then I would be able to enter in any other details, but you'll notice that because I chose to enter using the OCLC number, my ISBN was already populated for me. So any details that are available from WorldCat would be automatically added 212 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:57:29.520 --> 00:57:47.070 in this circumstance. I'm going to go ahead and just click save here and that title was now added to my new collection. So if I search for that collection, it might take a moment. Yeah, I think it's gonna take a moment, so I'm gonna go ahead and clear that 213 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:57:47.070 --> 00:58:05.850 and I'll wait a moment and search that again. Alright let me see here. So now when I search that I see that I have two out of two titles, and if I go to OCLC training. 214 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:58:05.850 --> 00:58:20.970 I now see both of those titles there. I did, when I was showing searching I did neglect to show you that you can search by provider as well. So if I change data type to provider, I can actually. 215 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:58:20.970 --> 00:58:40.970 I'll clear out of that and I'll just use an asterisk. Actually, I'm going to search for asterisk, EBSCO, EBSCO asterisk, and I did that because EBSCO may be in Collection Manager in two different ways, which it is, I knew that from previous experience. But in that example there, then you can actually. 216 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:58:40.970 --> 00:58:47.940 We see that you have one of one collection selected or in the case of EBSCOhost, I have eight. 217 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:58:47.940 --> 00:59:02.970 And if I click on one of these links, it'll take me to that list. So if I click on the eight, it's going to show me just the eight that I have selected. I wanted to show that earlier. All right. 218 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:59:02.970 --> 00:59:19.110 Are there any other questions about the process of adding collections or selecting collections before I talk about activity history? Let's pause a moment to see if anything comes to your mind. 219 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:59:24.840 --> 00:59:44.840 Okay. All right. So now that I have been selecting and editing collections, I can actually see activity history for my institution. So for that, I'm going to choose to change the data type to activity history and I have 220 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:59:44.840 --> 00:59:52.020 two scopes. I can look at my institution's history or all institutions history for collection. 221 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 00:59:52.020 --> 01:00:08.910 The all institutions history, I'm gonna click on that, that is going to show all changes over the past 90 days as well as the sources of the changes. So if I were to search that EBSCO search again 222 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:00:12.330 --> 01:00:29.820 then I get all activity for EBSCO collections. The date as to when that was changed. I can click in a select, in a collection, name there to be taken to the collection itself. It's taking a minute to think about it. 223 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:00:29.820 --> 01:00:48.840 But should do, there it goes. So then it takes me to that collection, where I can see the titles. And while I'm in that collection I'm gonna go back to activity history in a moment, but in each collection, you also have a collection history, and that lets you know changes that have been made 224 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:00:48.840 --> 01:01:04.380 to the collection itself, and you can filter that as well, so I can look for any sharing activity or I can click collection updated and 225 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:01:04.380 --> 01:01:22.620 maybe I want to see when was the MARC record delivery enabled or disabled, and click filter, and if there is any of that, I'll see it. Don't have that, so we'll go ahead and reset here. There are, when you're looking at the collection history, and this is gonna bring us back to activity history in a moment. 226 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:01:22.620 --> 01:01:42.620 There are options for provider data load, and when you click on that, that is actually going to let you know what changes the provider made to this collection in their most recent load. It's gonna let you know how many titles were updated, and as you can see down below, we can actually see specifics as to what 227 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:01:42.620 --> 01:01:48.630 the title updates were. So e.g., this first one shows us that 228 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:01:48.630 --> 01:02:06.600 several pieces of data were changed, and it lets you know is that was that updated in the global or local tab? So you'll see if there were any local edits or global edits, and you can download this if you need to for your collections. 229 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:02:06.600 --> 01:02:24.000 Now when I change the scope to my institution's history, I'm going to go ahead and leave the terms blank because I want to look at all of my institution's history, and here we can see the collections that I have been working with today. 230 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:02:24.000 --> 01:02:39.180 We see that ProQuest European business was selected and then it was updated. We also can see the title work list selected, and if that, if it's linked, we can go to some more details there. 231 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:02:39.180 --> 01:02:59.180 So by clicking on that, I can see what titles I used, I selected using the title work list. I can go use the back arrow here, so I'm going to go ahead and do that. And when I look at the OCLC training collection, if I click on that, I can see when it was created and updated last. 232 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:02:59.180 --> 01:03:16.800 And as I mentioned, this is 90 days of history, and when I, click into any of these links I can get some additional details. 233 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:03:22.620 --> 01:03:40.080 So I actually do want to show one more area in the activity history here. So I am going to perform that my institution's history again, and I'm gonna leave that blank, and I'm going to click on search, and here I want to use the filter option. 234 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:03:40.080 --> 01:04:00.080 And I'm going to, so I'm filtering the activity history here, and I am going to choose loads and feeds and under the filter value, I am going to choose provider data load, which is going to show me that one that I showed earlier, but here I can see all of the provider data loads, and again I can 235 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:04:00.080 --> 01:04:19.560 click through that, and then I want to add another filter and I'll leave the activity date, and I'll select, maybe I'll select over the last month. So if I or since the beginning of, of October until now. 236 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:04:19.560 --> 01:04:35.340 And we see that I will only see the activity, the provider data load activity for that. If your library is using, automatic collection loading, this is a good way to troubleshoot that as well. You can choose the loads and feeds 237 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:04:35.340 --> 01:04:55.340 and select automatic holdings feeds. My library doesn't have any, but you might, you also might have the KB sync file there so if you're using that option of syncing up a different knowledge base with Collection Manager knowledge base 238 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:04:55.340 --> 01:05:04.530 case, you can click on KB sync file and you would see any history there as well. 239 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:05:04.530 --> 01:05:23.970 But we can see various options here. So I'm going to go ahead and remove all there. And just like with our collections, we also have the option for show columns, so we can decide what does show here and not. Okay. 240 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:05:23.970 --> 01:05:42.660 So we did have, I want to check to see if the indexing of that first collection that I selected has been completed. So I'm going to go back to collection and choose my selected collections and I'm just going to go ahead and leave the search term blank 241 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:05:42.660 --> 01:06:01.500 and click search there and see if maybe that collection is done indexing. It's just gonna take a moment to do that, because when I looked earlier it was not. So I would you want to see that that was taken, that that took place. 242 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:06:01.500 --> 01:06:17.790 Just taken a minute. I think just again when we it because we have quite a few results, it is gonna take a moment to get us those results back. While I wait for that, let me go and get that moving coverage documentation that was re asked of me. 243 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:06:17.790 --> 01:06:37.790 So bear with me here. And actually I will use this opportunity to show you a bit about searching the help site in a moment here So I've gone to our help.oclc.org, clicked on Metadata Services, and then 244 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:06:37.790 --> 01:06:53.550 the WorldShare Collection Manager, and I can search for terms specifically within the Collection Manager documentation or you can search the entire help site at the top. So I am just going to go ahead and search moving wall coverage 245 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:06:53.550 --> 01:07:13.550 and we'll find any documentation or troubleshooting docs that discuss that. So we see some information on KBARTs, and we can actually go directly to a specific location so I can go to collection knowledge base and find details on that 246 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:07:13.550 --> 01:07:32.100 specifically. And I'm going to guess that it's in the how to update title information and we see a little bit about that. So I may have to check a few different pieces of information to get you the specifics on that. 247 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:07:32.100 --> 01:07:52.100 But you can see here that we do have quite extensive documentation. If you've looked through our documentation and it's not answering the question for you, then that's when I would definitely say, Hey reach out to our support team and they can help you narrow that down. Perfect. Thank you. I will look for that and actually follow up with you after the session 248 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:07:52.100 --> 01:08:08.220 because I'm, it didn't come up in the first documentations. Well, and the other thing you can do is you can put that phrase in quotations. Thanks. I appreciate that and see if it comes up. So we'll look for that and get back with you on it. 249 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:08:08.220 --> 01:08:28.220 And my Collection Manager is still thinking. So I'm going to go ahead and save us all a little bit of time there. It's, it's still thinking as trying to find those collections and all I was going to do was just confirm that it did, oh look, there it goes. I think I scared it. So what we can see then is 250 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:08:28.220 --> 01:08:37.680 all of our collections, and if I wanted to scroll through, well there I see that OCLC training and I would be able, here I see now the 251 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:08:37.680 --> 01:08:57.680 Econometric Society Monographs Online is still locked for indexing. So as I mentioned when I did select that typically this does not take nearly as long as it is today. I am noticing the Collection Manager is a little slow today. If I were to come in here tomorrow and this is still showing as this, I would need to re 252 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:08:57.680 --> 01:09:02.430 reach out to our support team. So just keep that in mind for our troubleshooting as well. 253 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:09:02.430 --> 01:09:21.240 Okay. And that was my demo of Collection Manager. Before I go into some information on additional help details, I just wanted to see if there's any other questions that you have or anything that you wanted me to show you again, because we do have a little time for that. 254 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:09:23.040 --> 01:09:43.040 So I will pause to see if anybody had any other questions alright while we wait to see if there's anything that comes in, I do 255 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:09:43.040 --> 01:10:03.040 you also want to point out that we do have the Community Center available to you. You can get to that by clicking on help and then Community Center, and you'll choose WorldShare Collection Manager under metadata. This is just a little GIF that's running for you, and you can also add in some ideas there, find events 256 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:10:03.040 --> 01:10:06.870 and such as these trainings and your 257 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:10:06.870 --> 01:10:25.050 office hours, and I did see a question come in, so let me look at that real quick. Six years ago, former co worker created a Knovel collection of 18 of their collections, but did not leave instructions on how he did that. Does OCLC have 258 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:10:25.050 --> 01:10:40.950 instructions on how. Were these, do you know if these were global promoted globally or if they still are showing as local? If you don't know, it's OK. 259 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:10:40.950 --> 01:11:00.690 I'm not sure, OK. If they are local, you should be able to just delete that collection. So let me go ahead into my Collection Manager and show you that. So e.g. that collection that I just created, the OCLC training collection. 260 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:11:00.690 --> 01:11:16.320 I can go ahead and find that, and if I open that collection up under collection actions, I can just choose delete collection, and that will, I'll be asked if I want to delete it, and then we can delete that. 261 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:11:16.320 --> 01:11:31.560 You don't want to delete the collections since you still pay Knovel for these collections. Okay, so you just want information on how to create new collections like we just showed or you want 262 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:11:31.560 --> 01:11:51.560 details on adding titles. I'm not sure I understand the question, I apologize. While you're typing that, when you do delete a collection, you will get this question. I am going to choose to not deliver any delete records. I don't want the MARC records for those, and now my collection that I created is deleted. But 263 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:11:51.560 --> 01:12:07.260 while you're thinking about that or are you just saying, are there instructions on how to create a collection? Like what because we do have documentation showing what I just walked through. 264 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:12:15.030 --> 01:12:35.030 And there's also some additional training videos that show that as well. I just want to make sure that I'm I'm understanding, is that your question? 265 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:12:35.030 --> 01:12:43.830 Alright, I'm going to just go back to our help site here and show you where you can find that in case that is your question. So 266 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:12:43.830 --> 01:13:03.830 when I went to the help site and I went to Metadata Services and then WorldShare Collection Manager, I see knowledge base collections, and this link is going to provide you with all of the details on your collections processes. I'm gonna add that into the chat for you. 267 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:03.830 --> 01:13:08.460 You should also be able to find it through the learner guide. 268 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:08.460 --> 01:13:28.460 If again, at any point, if you look through our documentation and our training and you still have questions, our support team is more than willing to help you with this. And I'm going to click back into just the WorldShare co Collection Manager details and I'll provide the specific 269 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:28.460 --> 01:13:34.950 link for trainings for you as well. 270 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:34.950 --> 01:13:54.950 And I'll add that in the chat just so you have that readily available. Amy, if that doesn't answer your question, please let me know. But with that, I'm going while I wait to see if there's anything else you need, I'm going to go ahead. Oh, we we received monthly updates from OCLC on new titles in our collections. Okay, so you may have an automatic 271 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:54.950 --> 01:13:57.750 collection feed for that 272 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:13:57.750 --> 01:14:15.120 since you're getting monthly updates, and for that, you're going to want to go, you can go to the home screen and you'll be on the dashboard. I don't currently have anything selected here, but you can manage those automatic holdings feeds there. 273 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:14:15.120 --> 01:14:33.240 You can pause them, you can end them. So what that would mean is it wouldn't delete the collection, it would just stop the automatic loading and you would manage those manually, if that answers your question. 274 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:14:33.240 --> 01:14:52.860 Cause you're I think so since you're saying that you got monthly updates, I think you maybe have an automatic collection loading and our support team can also walk you through how to determine if you have that. But I think I have a document on that as well. Let me see if I can find that real quick for you 275 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:14:52.860 --> 01:15:12.120 in case that's what you're looking for as well. Yes. So here is a document on how to determine if your library does in fact have a automatic holdings feed in place. And that maybe useful for 276 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:15:12.120 --> 01:15:32.120 everyone. So I went ahead and added that in the chat as well. Beyond that, I think if those things don't answer your question I am going to ask that you reach out to support because they may need some more specifics from you and may need to be able to look in your instance 277 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:15:32.120 --> 01:15:36.390 specifically. 278 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:15:36.390 --> 01:15:53.550 And speaking of support, so you can reach them either on that, on WorldShare when you're at the help contact support link or if you're at our help site, you can go to again help.oclc.org. 279 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:15:53.550 --> 01:16:11.550 And you can click on contact OCLC support or you can use this short URL which I'll enter into the chat for you, and that will give you instructions on how to contact support. You can also just email them at support@oclc.org. 280 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:16:11.550 --> 01:16:30.720 And again, any documentation can be found at the help site if you click on Metadata Services and then Collection Manager. And on the home site, you also again have the access to getting to the Community Center. 281 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:16:30.720 --> 01:16:48.870 I'm sorry, on the home dashboard there, you can get to the Community Center with discussion, news, events, et cetera or through the interface at the help menu as well. I'm just gonna leave this up for a moment here before we move on. 282 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:16:48.870 --> 01:17:08.870 Okay, not seeing any other questions. We do have some time left, so if you have anything else, if I can help find any other documentation to help you with that, happy to do that. In the meantime, when you leave the session, you will be taken to a survey for this class. We all 283 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:17:08.870 --> 01:17:15.330 always appreciate your feedback. We do review it and use it to improve our sessions. 284 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:17:15.330 --> 01:17:33.120 Again, you can visit the OCLC support site for additional WorldShare Collection Manager training materials, and that is linked in the learner guide as well. We do have one more session in this series that is the session that is on KBART 285 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:17:33.120 --> 01:17:51.000 using a KBART file to manage your collections and that is in two weeks, not sure the exact date, whatever two Tuesdays from now is, at 02:00 as well. And you can register for that either at the support site or at the Community Center. 286 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:17:51.000 --> 01:18:11.000 If you registered for this session through the Community Center, you will receive a training badge, that may take a little while to get to you, but you will get it. If you do not register through the Community Center and you want a training badge, you can complete the form at the link that I've just, oops, I need to retype 287 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:18:11.000 --> 01:18:15.750 that link because I typed it incorrectly at the link that I'm now adding to 288 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:18:15.750 --> 01:18:35.750 the chat. And this is really just a way to show that you did in fact attend this training. And then lastly, if you have any questions about the training itself or training in general, you can reach us at training@oclc.org. 289 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:18:35.750 --> 01:18:53.220 And with that, I'll pause for a moment or two to see if there's any questions that come in because we do still have about 10 min in our time. Otherwise, I will let you all get a few minutes back in your day. 290 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:19:00.780 --> 01:19:20.780 And let me actually, since we have that time, I'm going to go ahead and again look for that coverage information. I think it's gonna be under our documentation on, updating titles. 291 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:19:29.430 --> 01:19:47.460 Yeah, it's not coming up for me right away. I I know it's in there. So Kristen, I will look for that and get back with you. I do have your email and your registration, so I'll send that off to you. And if anyone else ends up needing that detail, feel free to send an email into our support team. 292 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:19:47.460 --> 01:20:07.460 Thank you. Yep. All right. Oops. Well, now y'all get to see my cute little horse that I took a picture of in Mexico. But let me actually go back to our support stuff. Oh I do see a question. Okay, let's see here. Let me pull that up, let's see. Searching data type 293 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:20:07.460 --> 01:20:13.200 my collection and scope, my selected collection 294 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:20:13.200 --> 01:20:30.120 is timing out and giving an error? Yeah, so it does look like like I was even getting a bit of an error, to answer your question, the question is, do I think that this is a bandwidth network related or should you contact support? 295 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:20:30.120 --> 01:20:50.120 I would say if it keeps happening, contact support. But what I would do first is try clearing your history and cache, and then try again or and or try an incognito window, and see if you still get the issue. 296 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:20:50.120 --> 01:21:04.260 And then lastly, I would also say if you are using a bookmark for your WorldShare URL, we don't really recommend using a bookmark because that bookmark can become corrupt. So 297 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:21:04.260 --> 01:21:19.590 I usually recommend that you just type in your URL each time or if you use a bookmark and you have an issue, try not using a bookmark. But yeah, Tara, I would just say if you're seeing that consistently 298 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:21:19.590 --> 01:21:35.370 I would reach out to support. You also can, and let me I'm showing up, so I'm gonna go ahead and go to Community Center for a moment. It's taking a minute to sign me in, and when I go to the OCLC Community Center, you can look at discussions there 299 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:21:35.370 --> 01:21:52.590 to see if anyone else has said, hey, I'm seeing this issue too. For that, you'll go to product and then choose WorldShare Collection Manager and discussions. And you can see if anyone else has said, hey, I'm seeing the same problem and you can search that content as well. 300 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:21:52.590 --> 01:22:12.590 And I'll also point out here, this is where if you have any improvement ideas or enhancement ideas, you can click on ideas and you can either submit those or you can vote on existing ones by kudos, so you can add add your kudos to that and or comments and our product 301 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:22:12.590 --> 01:22:16.740 team does review that for potential updates in the future 302 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:22:16.740 --> 01:22:33.960 as well. So I hope that answered your question. I would say at this point I would recommend that you reach out to support alright. 303 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:22:33.960 --> 01:22:53.820 Anything else? Let me go back, I do wanna go ahead just send while we wait, let me pull back up that slide just so you guys can have that support detail for you. Let me go back to one more slide here. 304 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:22:53.820 --> 01:23:09.420 There we go. So you can see that support information again, and I'll even just add their email into the chat for you. Okay, I think that has addressed everything. 305 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:23:09.420 --> 01:23:28.410 Unless something comes in in the next minute or so, I'm going to go ahead and give us back a couple of minutes. And I will point out as well that the recording, the slide and transcript will be available within about 24 h. It will likely be tomorrow 306 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:23:28.410 --> 01:23:45.420 before I get that all available and ready for you, but when it's available, you will receive an email, and you can also find it by going to our help site where the training is, as well. 307 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:23:45.420 --> 01:24:05.420 And I will also just go there for a moment and show you, let's see. So if you go to help.oclc.org and you click on the Librarian's Toolbox, actually if you go straight to the home page, there is this OCLC training link, and you can find upcoming trainings, so this is where you can register. 308 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:24:05.420 --> 01:24:11.640 If you go to self paced training and specifically look for WorldShare Collection Manager 309 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:24:11.640 --> 01:24:31.640 self paced. This is where you'll find the recording after the fact, and this is where we have additional training. So we have a training that's specifically on searching collections. We have some knowledge base details. So if you need a refresher after today, you can look at the short videos as well. And then I want to scroll down and just show you the self-paced 310 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:24:31.640 --> 01:24:43.320 training that I mentioned that is the Enable MARC records for all collections. I would highly recommend checking that out even if it's just a refresher for you because it's 311 "Crystal Rodriguez" (1809856768) 01:24:43.320 --> 01:24:57.088 a new tool that we're using and really walks through and has a great little simulation et cetera. So I I'll recommend that for you. Alright, and with that, I'm going to go ahead and stop the recording.
